Please review our policies regarding reservations, cancellations, check-in/check-out times, and property guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.

Reservations

Reservations are secured with full payment. Full refund policy will be made, minus the 4.5% credit card convenience fee, only for cancellations made 30 days or more before reservation date.

Check-Out

Check out is 11am or before and check in is 4pm or after. No early check-in or late check-out allowed.

No Smoking

No smoking in any of the cabins/lodges/shower houses.

Weapons

No shooting of guns/weapons on grounds.

Maintenance

Please do not move furniture, outside or inside. Empty all garbage into facility dumpster, upon leaving.

Quiet Time

“Quiet Time” begins at 9pm.

Cars/Parking

Parking can be in front of lodges/cabins, but must allow for easy entrance of other guests to their cabins/lodges. Facility speed limit is no more than 3 mph.

RV

RV riding is only on designated entrance road, not trails surrounding property.

Pet Policy

There are a few "nice" facilities that allow dogs. It is very difficult to find a desirable resort in a safe location that allows a pet. We welcome in each Overnight Cabin, ONE small to moderate sized pet, however, we do have rules and they are listed below. Pet Policy ONLY applies to the "Efficiency Cabins" (cabins one-six) and  and the Yurt Cabin. No pets are allowed in the "Fully Furnished" cabins (Trout, Whitetail, Elk, Bear, Eagle).


There is a $25 pet fee. Guests must bring cash or check for the pet fee, in an envelope) and leave at cabin upon departure (on your honor).

There is a limit of ONE small to moderate sized (no more than 50 pounds), well behaved pet, per Overnight Cabin. Our "Pet Friendly" policy DOES NOT apply to any of the other cabins on the grounds.

Pets are not allowed past the large bath/shower house. There are many areas adjacent and behind the Overnight Cabins to "potty" your pet.

Your pet must be with you at all times and on a lap or leash, when outdoors. No leaving pet at cabin while traveling.

Stooping and scooping are a must everywhere it happens.

Continuous and excessive noise is not tolerated.

We reserve the right to exclude any aggressive dogs from our resort at any time.

There is a fee of an additional $25/stay for a pet. No pet may be on furniture at any time. You will be charged an extra fee for use of towels or linens with the pet.

Medix Run Lodges management reserves the right to end the "pet friendly" policy at any point. Please follow the rules so this is not necessary.

Reservation & Payment Info

  • There is a two-night minimum rental with advance reservations
  • For a 7-Day stay, a discount of 20% will be provided
  • For a 10-Day stay, a discount of 30% will be provided
  • Full payment is due at the time of booking.

  • Firewood can be purchased for $10.00 per bundle on the grounds.
  • Wifi: Reception for Wi-Fi is right around or in the surrounding area of the trading post.

  • Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, check-out time is 11:00 AM
  • Cancellation: Full refund provided for cancellation at least 30 days in advance of the reservation date—minus the 4.5% credit card convenience fee.
  • All rates will have 11% tax added - (6% sales tax & 5% Hotel tax)
  • Payments can be made by major credit card.
