🌿 About Our Pavilion Rental at “Little Chapel in the Woods”

Host your special event in our peaceful and scenic pavilion, located at the charming Little Chapel in the Woods. Surrounded by nature, this space offers a relaxed and beautiful setting for gatherings, celebrations, and memorable occasions.

  • How to Secure Your Rental

    Complete and submit the rental agreement and submit full event reservation fee and $150.00 “clean-up deposit”, to confirm the booking of your rental and secure your rental date. We accept the following forms of payment: Venmo or check. Checks should be made out to “Medix Run Enterprises”, and mailed to: 1997 Rock Hill Rd., Weedville, PA 15868. Venmo to “ john-bartholme”, 0948 last four of cell phone.



  • Required Documentation

    We can make a recommendation for a Venue Insurance Policy.


  • Rental Payment & Terms

    Step 1: Rental time includes up to 4 hours from your scheduled start time and must end no later than 8:30 PM


    Step 2: Wait for confirmation on your requested dates


    Step 3: Tear-down, clean-up, and garbage removal are the responsibility of the client


    A $150 clean-up deposit is required upfront and will be returned once the space is inspected and approved

🌿 Rent the Pavilion at “Little Chapel in the Woods”

Host your event in a peaceful and scenic setting with exclusive access to our pavilion and surrounding grounds. Please review the following terms and conditions before booking.

  • Additional Terms & Conditions

    Medix Run Enterprises, Inc. (MRE) reserves the right to refuse rental for any event deemed inappropriate for our venue.


    Rental includes private use of the pavilion and grounds for up to 75 guests

    Clients will be given a reasonable same-day timeframe for setup and breakdown

  • Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will incur a $250 cancellation fee
    • Cancellations made within 30 days will result in forfeiture of the full reservation amount
    • Rental items such as roasters, tents, or pop-up awnings will be fully refunded
  • General Rules & Regulations

    • Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the pavilion and within 10 feet of entrances
    • Clients must provide adult supervision for children and individuals with special needs
    • The client assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft involving guests, property, or facilities
    • Firearms, weapons, fireworks, explosives, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited
    • The use of glitter, confetti, nails, screws, staples, tape, or similar items that may damage surfaces is not allowed
  • During the Event

    • The client must be present for the entire duration of the event
    • The client is responsible for any damages occurring during use
    • No alcohol may be served or consumed by anyone under the age of 21
  • Post Event Responsibilities

    At the conclusion of your event, the client is responsible for:


    • Removing all decorations and personal items
    • Completing full cleanup of the facility and grounds
    • Disposing of all trash, including use of receptacles and trash bags
    • Cleaning areas such as outdoor restrooms and pavilion space
  • How to Reserve the Pavilion

    Step 1: Complete the Rental Agreement


    Fill out and submit the rental agreement form.


    Step 2: Secure Your Booking


    Submit the full reservation fee along with a $150 clean-up deposit to confirm your date.
